Anton Molnar was born in Budapest in 1957 and spent his early years between Hungary and Africa. He began his formal art education at the Fine Arts Academy of Hungary in 1979 and earned a Diploma in Painting in 1983, later expanding his expertise through specializations in fresco and mural art. Today, Molnar is celebrated as an internationally acclaimed contemporary still life master, with his works held in prestigious collections including those of the LVMH Group.

In 1986, he furthered his academic journey by completing degrees in painting, anatomy, and art history, simultaneously showcasing his creations in exhibitions both in Hungary and abroad. That same year, he also began working as a graphic designer for the United Nations.

Two years later, in 1988, Molnar relocated with his family to France—a move that opened his eyes to a realm where artistic expression knows no boundaries. His art vividly captures the spirit of the 21st century, merging personal vision, cultural depth, and heartfelt emotion.

By blending traditional techniques with a contemporary approach, Molnar creates uniquely compelling pieces. He views painting not just as an art form but as a living language that continually challenges and redefines his understanding of the world. Today, his works form part of significant collections across Asia, America, and Europe.
