Eng Siak Loy

Eng Siak Loy has had a long and successful art career which began with his training at the Singapore Academy of Art in the 1960s. He made his mark early in his art career by bagging a series of awards upon his graduation.

 

His sense of precision, attention to detail, has enabled him to craft many wonderful masterpieces ranging from very small scales  design such as stamps, coins to huge murals and sculptures which can be found in our public spaces and parks.

翁锡礼有着悠久而辉煌的艺术生涯。60年代他进入新加坡艺术学院学习西洋艺术。毕业典礼上他获得了一系列奖项,可见他在艺术生涯早期便崭露头角。

 

他能十分精确地捕捉到细节,从而制作出不计其数的优秀作品,从尺度非常小的设计如邮票、硬币到巨大的壁画和雕塑都有。大众可以在公共场所和公园欣赏到他的作品。
