Dr. Ho Chee Lick is a senior lecturer in the Department of Chinese Studies at the National University of Singapore, National University of Singapore. He holds a PhD in Lingustics from the University of Kansas, USA. Being a person of many talents, Ho is also an artist, a bilingual poet and translator, a newspaper columnist, and a musician.

Ho started learning  art from Chen Wen Hsi and Chen Chong Swee at the Chinese High School during the 1960s. Ho's artistic style is continuously evolving, as he continues to explore the extreme reaches of contemporary art. His recent experiments with ink art are beautifully sublime while simultaneously engaging and radically challenging all at once.

何自力是新加坡国立大学中文系教授。他拥有美国堪萨斯大学的语言学博士学位。多才多艺的他，同时也是艺术家、双语诗人、翻译家、报纸专栏作家与音乐家。

60年代念中学时，他向陈文熙和陈冲瑞学画画。当他继续探索当代艺术，其绘画风格也在不断演变。近期他开始尝试水墨实验，虽然具有挑战性，但精彩之处令他心醉。
