Koh is a self-taught artist who painted out his very own style of palette knife paintings. He uses his palette knives and paint brushes, painted out the scene that he has seen onto the canvas. His bold and expressive personality as well as his exuberance in art is uninhibitedly demonstrated through each of his art strokes. Throughout the years since he started to paint, he has produced a series of art pieces that mostly captured scenes at Balik Pulau and George Town, Penang. Other than that, he also travelled to other places within or out of Malaysia to capture the interesting places, objects, peoples or activities onto his canvas.

这位自学成才的艺术家，创制出具有独特风格的刀画。既用调色刀也用画笔抹颜色，在画布上纵情挥洒出亲眼看到的场景。对艺术倾注满腔热情，手法大胆且富有表现力，使得他的每一个艺术笔触，倾刻间会变得海阔天空。他涉足艺术领域后，已经创作了一系列艺术作品，多取材于槟城浮罗山背和乔治市。此外，他前往马来西亚的多个州属，将深感兴趣的地方、物品、人物或活动场面，一笔一笔地转移到画布上。
